Yirgacheffe (also spelled Yirgachefe, Yergacheffe, or Yerga Chefe) is a micro-region within the much larger region of Sidama (or Sidomo) in southern Ethiopia. It is widely considered the birthplace of coffee. Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe has a light crisp body with a fruity finish. Tasting notes: Raspberry and florals
Guatemalan Antigua is blonde roasted coffee with lemon & caramel notes and is our highest caffeine quantity of all our ground coffees. It is ground medium, suitable for drip coffee makers or pour over style. Grown at 4000’, surrounded by three volcanos, it is hand washed and sun dried.
